Another week has passed with no follow up and no resolution.. Alex told me to expect the loaner manager to call and I have not received that. Is this really how you guys treat customers waiting on proper service that has already had issues in getting resolved. On top of the fact it has to do with my heat working properly in this weather.

I gave it a week to give an honest review.We are getting more answers from Hyundai Corporate than this dealership. Several attempts have been made to call this dealership and get answers but no-one picks up the calls. It has been 3 weeks without our car and no courtesy car has been offered.No call from this shop with any updates. The communication and customer service at this dealership are the worst I have experienced ever.
