Gregg makes things right. I had a claimed warranty through ford for my Fiesta, I felt it was going to be a hassle however Gregg was with me every step of the way to communicate I had a claimed warranty through ford for my Fiesta, I felt it was going to be a hassle however Gregg was with me every step of the way to communicate the process. He set me up in a loaner, so I wouldn't have any inconvenience of getting around and commuting( living in NY). As parts needed to be ordered he would call me promptly everyday with progress updates. He assured me that my car would be correct, and he would go over it with me as I'm meticulous with my cars and if I was unsatisfied he would make things right. He certainly has thanks hope to have this kind of service for future repairs and maintenance! More
