Bad Management DO NOT GO HERE! Brought my Escape in for a recall and they left part of a latex glove in my gas tank which caused a lot of issues. The owner Domini DO NOT GO HERE! Brought my Escape in for a recall and they left part of a latex glove in my gas tank which caused a lot of issues. The owner Dominic Franchella was very unprofessional and refused to accept responsibility for the repairs I had to have done on my vehicle. Will never buy a Ford vehicle again and will certainly not be taking my Escape back to this dealership for future repairs. More

I recently dropped my car off for service ( check engine light) and was picking up a loaner. My appt. was 10am and because the loaner wasnt ready in time i ended up leaving at 1130. The car i got had tp be retrieved somewhere offsite and needed a dealer plate installed. Considering the car had 54 miles on it when i got it, my assumption is that it was a new loaner not yet prepped for service. It was dissapointing but i continued withmy day. Bob Zvon was my service advisor and was very apologetic. Through the repair he kept me up to date on my car and effectively set my expectation of completion. The tech diagnosed the car quickly and linked the issue back to a break in the main wire harness. Bob called me when my car was completeand advised me the would be NO CHARGE for the service because of my earlier troubles! Would highly recommend. More
Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Terrible service department. They took over two months to fix my car and when they finally returned the car it still was not fixed. Stamford Ford Lincoln Made My Dream Come True! We have purchased 3 Fords from Stamford Ford. - Loved all of them and wouldn’t buy a car from any other dealership! Can’t beat their customer service! We have purchased 3 Fords from Stamford Ford. - Loved all of them and wouldn’t buy a car from any other dealership! Can’t beat their customer service! My dad worked for Lincoln-Mercury for years and always wanted a Lincoln but never got to own one. PJ UVA helped to make my dream of owning one come true this year and I love it! We are leasing the Lincoln MKC and it’s my favorite car ever! I will miss working with Scott Ferraro in Ford Service who was always very knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful but Seth Gray has been excellent to work with too! Thank you PJ for making my dream come true! More
shameless A time ago I was ready to sell my car and as a plus I took the decision to change oils and change filter to make more approachable to the future buyer A time ago I was ready to sell my car and as a plus I took the decision to change oils and change filter to make more approachable to the future buyer, but my car was damaged when the mechanic was changing the oil to the car a ford. I complained with hope at least leave or fix the damaged caused there but this dealership didn't do anything and claimed that my car was old and didn't resist the change of oil (with 180.00 miles when this kind of car is to last to 250.00) At that time FORD dealership STAMFORD (212 Magee Avenue) gave two solution or I pick up the car(damaged there) or they will send it to me( they didn't want to do it anyway) or They(mechanic) will fix it and they will charge me; I refused because the damaged was originated there. As this damage; car's value reduce dramatically and to the end I had to junk the car and losing almost 1000 dollars As reflection I think the companies (the good one) not only exist to gain money but also to service to the community saying my true not to hate only to warning the other people what kind of mechanic(negligent) is there and what kind of irresponsibility the organization had or will have with your cars. As a support you can review this dealership in bbb.org (the same) many complaint about it so be careful or keep away from them. Hace un tiempo estaba listo para vender mi automóvil y como una ventaja, tomé la decisión de cambiar los aceites y cambiar el filtro para que fuera más accesible para el futuro comprador, pero mi automóvil se dañó cuando el mecánico estaba cambiando el aceite al automóvil. . Me quejé con esperanza al menos salir o arreglar el daño causado allí pero este concesionario no hizo nada y afirmó que mi automóvil era viejo y no resistió el cambio de aceite (con 180.00 millas cuando este tipo de auto durará hasta 250.00) En ese momento, la concesionaria FORD STAMFORD (212 Magee Avenue) dio dos soluciones o recojo el auto (dañado allí) o me lo enviarán (no quisieron hacerlo de todos modos) o Ellos (el mecánico) lo arreglarán y ellos me acusarán; Me negué porque el daño se originó allí. When Richard their "service concierge" called to apologize, he promised to pick up the car the next Wednesday at 10 am. I called at 11 am to see why it was not picked up, only to be told they would call me back as soon as they spoke to Richard. At 1 pm, when I hadn't heard from anyone, I called, only to get a run around and eventually disconnected! Still waiting at 2. More
