I took our 2013 Lincoln MKZ to Stamford Ford Lincoln for a software recall. The work was done in less time than they had said, they provided free coffee and a warm, comfortable lounge, and they checked the a software recall. I brought my vehicle in for its first oil change. While waiting for my vehicle I was told that if I had any errands to run, that I could use one of the cars on the lot.
