Leadership in Customer Service I had a tire blow out and needed a tire replaced on my car. I showed up at Stamford Ford without an appointment needing my tire fixed and Scott Fer I had a tire blow out and needed a tire replaced on my car. I showed up at Stamford Ford without an appointment needing my tire fixed and Scott Ferrara in Customer Service was very understanding of my needs and immediately handled the situation with professionalism. I left the tire there, They called me when my new tire was mounted and ready and my car was back on the road. Thank you to Scott Ferrara and the Stamford Ford team for all your help. Subaru at Ford I brought my car in with a concern on my right pass wheel. I spoke with the service manager Eric and he had Scott handle my situation. They gave me a couple of different options and recommendations on what to do. that was a relief because I felt like I wasn't getting ripped off by them telling me to do something expensive without any other alternative. The experience was courteous and professional. I usually don't like going to dealerships to service my vehicle, at the moment I had no other choice, but I'm glad it was this dealership. In fact, as i think of new cars, i tend to look only at Fords because I'm not sure I could get this level of service elsewhere. My experiences at audi and volkwagen and volvo were less possitive. Car repaired for NJ travelers Our Lincoln MKZ broke down while traveling through CT. We found this dealer online and asked to be towed there. Thankfully they had late hours when e Our Lincoln MKZ broke down while traveling through CT. We found this dealer online and asked to be towed there. Thankfully they had late hours when everyone else was closing. Chris greeted us and reassured us that their service department would find the problem and fix what a previous service center had not been able to repair. We went home to NJ in a rental car. Early the next morning, Sergio called us and reviewed the issues leading up to the breakdown. Within a few hours, Sergio called back with a diagnosis and verified that we wanted the repair done. He advised that it would take a day to get the part. The next day he called again to say the car was done and ready to go. We went back on the weekend to pick it up. Chris saw us and remembered our problem and helped us with the check-out process. When the car was brought around, it was even washed. We made the trip home without any more problems. They communicated well, diagnosed and fixed the car accurately and quickly, and provided friendly service when we weren't even local customers. This dealer is worthy of a "Best of CT" award. More
