Don't trust them Several times now i've taken my truck in for an oil change. My truck doesn't need service (except normal wear and tear) until 150,000 miles. When taking it in to Stamford Ford, they typically call me once they process the car. Several times when they've called, they've try to sell me service i don't need, but they try to convince me that i need it. Each time I'll tell them it doesn't need service until 150,000 miles - one time they said "oh, sorry, you're right." Another time they tried to sell me service for parts my truck didn't even have. And recently they tried to sell me a full servicing at 60,000 miles. When i told them it didn't need servicing until 150,000, they said they put my VIN in the computer and it told them i needed the service. I did the same thing on-line and it said i didn't need the service until 150,000. There is absolutely no trust with them. They can change the oil because it's convenient, but i'll never let them do work on the truck. Very unethical More

Scott was my service consultant and was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He checked me in and had me on my way in short order. When I picked my car up Scott explained what had been done to my car every step of the way. Not all of the issues were resolved 100% but it was understandable and we agreed that I would bring my car back at a later date to complete the work. Nothing urgent. If you own a Ford and need service in Westchester Ny or Fairfield Ct you should try Stamford Ford, they are a pleasure to deal with. I will update this after my next appointment. More
