Great customer service by Scott Ferrara I had to bring my car back in to resolve an ongoing issue with the original alignment that was done and a sound I was hearing from my tires. As usual, I had to bring my car back in to resolve an ongoing issue with the original alignment that was done and a sound I was hearing from my tires. As usual, Scott Ferrara, in service, was able to help me. He was very accommodating and was able to get my car looked at first thing on a Saturday, the only time I was able to come back, since I live 1 1/2 hours away and work full time. This dealership is wonderful, which is why I travel a great distance to come here, but I am always most comfortable and reassured when Scott takes care of me. He is a great asset to your dealership. Emergency Service Issue I had a problem which occurred when I was leaving on a 4 hour trip just as the dealership was closing for the day. I brought my car in the next mornin I had a problem which occurred when I was leaving on a 4 hour trip just as the dealership was closing for the day. I brought my car in the next morning at 7 am and Gregg in the service department listened to my issues and immediately went to work to resolve the problems. Quickly and efficiently he got my service issue taken care of and had me on my way in less than an hour. He was completely focused on correcting the issue and having a satisfied customer.
