Our personal experience was that we had been looking for a ~1 year old Ford Flex in Massachusetts, which are hard to come by. We found one at Stamford Ford on their website (via CarGurus), and Chris was very helpful in making the process easy, despite the distance and the complexity of bringing a CT car back to MA. Bottom line, I give Chris a high recommendation. More
