"Superior Service" would be an understatement to my recent experience at Stamford Ford Lincoln. For most people the idea of shopping for a car, although exciting, is a daunting task. I typically do my homework upfront, I know what I want and only ask for a fair price and quality service. Don Febbriao knocked the ball out of the park in both areas. I truly respect his his approach to the business, his obvious loyalty to Stamford Ford Lincoln and his ability to work with my unique persona. Don's professionalism and ability to find me the car I wanted, quote me a more than reasonable price as compared to other dealerships in the tri-state area and execute within 24 hours is without a doubt, outstanding! I would also like to point out that their Finance Manager, Gus Gournaris, was a pleasure to work with as well. All documents were in order and we were on our way with our spectacular new Escape within 1 hour. Stamford Lincoln Ford is obviously a family business as I learned that Don's son also came on board and is running their website and their fantastic optimized mobile site which made it so easy to navigate their new inventory. It appeared that their sales executives and service specialists, which we were introduced to as well, have been a part of the team for many years. Shockingly, the owner of the company, Dominic Franchella, personally came to meet us during delivery, shaking our hands and giving his card with his personal cellphone should we ever have any issues. This is a man that is noticeably hands on. He sits in a desk within the showroom that resembles a reception area. Dominic is not hiding in a back room and instead he is providing a personal experience to everyone that enters his dealership. I learned that Dominic started in the service department when he was 19 and now is the Dealer Principal. A true testimony to his devotion to the product and the business. Such a commitment to great customer service is always to be commended. You can be sure that we will be recommending Stamford Ford Lincoln for years to come! More

I called Stamford Ford after having a less than ideal experience with Manhattan Ford. Nothing traumatic or even that nightmarish, but the sales person at Manhattan was just that stereotypical, smooth ta experience with Manhattan Ford. Nothing traumatic or even that nightmarish, but the sales person at Manhattan was just that stereotypical, smooth talking, get em' in - get em' out, kind of guy; just wasn't into it. Anyway, determined to find the car that my wife and I really wanted with the options we were interested in getting, I contacted P.J. Uva at Stamford Ford. Right off the bat, he was infinitely more helpful and refreshingly personable. He was very quick to respond to every one of my e-mails and answered even the most bizarre questions. Never once did he seem to grow tired or impatient of my incessant questions or concerns. The day finally came where my wife and I were coming in from the City to pick up our new car, which was "conveniently" on the day that the New Haven line had the power feeder go out. As most commuters know, this created really long delays and frustration. Since we were just moving to Stamford from the City, this was our first car purchase in nearly 10 years, so we had no way to get to the dealership other than taking a cab, which by the way, we are completely used to and didn't mind; however, P.J. insisted that he pick us up from the train station so we didn't have to worry about waiting on line to get a cab and was so patient to wait for us until the train arrived, even though the train was nearly 30 minutes later than the initial 40 minute delay. Finally meeting him in person, he was just as inviting as he was over the phone, and truly made us feel at ease about our first car purchase in over 10 years. It is worth noting that due to the relationship we developed with P.J. over the course of about 2 weeks of ongoing e-mails and phone calls, we put a deposit down prior to ever test driving or seeing the actual car and were simply there to sign the papers and drive home. I am usually the last person to do this sort of thing but I figured it was a brand new car, we knew exactly what we wanted, but more importantly, P.J. just genuinely seemed to have our best interest in mind. If more people in the sales and service industry came to the office with the mind set, care, and pride that P.J. does, this country would simply be a better place to do business. Thank you Stamford Ford, and even bigger thanks to P.J. You made this incredibly easy and stress free. More

The Dealership team all made an effort to help me feel welcome and comfortable. Gentlemen like Barry, my salesman, and Tom at the Dealership each took the time to do simple things make eye contact when they say hello, offered coffee and water, and make small-talk and conversation while I was waiting for things to be finalized. Even Dominic the Manager took the time to check-in, say hello, and made sure everything was going smoothly and was in order. More
I was due for servicing on my leased 2011 Ford Fusion. I had approximately 6 months left on my existing lease. The service manager told me that Ford had a lease buy-back program and thought it would be b I had approximately 6 months left on my existing lease. The service manager told me that Ford had a lease buy-back program and thought it would be beneficial for me to speak to a salesman. He immediately introduced me to Barry Pasqualini, who explained the ins and outs of this promotion to me which started about a week before. He spent a lot of time with me talking about costs and showed me a beautiful new 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium, fully loaded, which would increase my monthly lease payments by approximately $27.00 per month. I could not resist and picked up the car two days later. All of the paperwork was done, and all I had to do was drop off my 2011 Ford Fusion and drive off with my new car. Again, when I picked up the car, it took under 30 minutes to sign the new papers and terminate the existing lease. Barry then spent considerable time going over all of the options. Although I was familiar with some of the features, there were some updates and Barry made sure that I had a basic understanding of operating the car. He also told me to call him any time if I had any questions or stop by if I needed him. He then called me a few days later to make sure things were going well and reminding me to call him at any time if I needed to. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was friendly and professional, and I highly recommend Barry and his associates. I am extremely happy with the entire process. More
An excellent in-store experience - I purchased a Mustang at Stamford Ford almost 3 years ago and he experience then was such that I decided to trade in that Mustang (V6 Convertible) for a new GT. I met Lena while shopping for my first "used" car ever. The process was completely foreign to me and I was very uncomfortable. Lena took the stress away completely.
