Chris helped me the day I got into a car accident and helped me decided between a ford focus and a fusion knowing I might not be getting a new car because I had to hear back if mine was totaled or not. But that didn't matter I was helped to any car I liked and every question was answered. As soon as I herd my car was totaled I went back in and test drive both cars again, settling on a fusion. We picked one out that fit my criteria best it could. They sent a driver to Albany to pick it up and Chris made arrangements for me to get my car on his day off so I didn't have to keep paying for my rental. Tha problem is I got in it and it didn't have a sunroof and I could have sworn the paperwork said it did. This was a deal breaker for me. I checked my paper work and sure enough the sunroof was missing. Meaning I screwed up and told them to get a car I didn't want. That wasn't a problem they said no worries we will find one that you like we want you to be happy and we found another one that had the same options plus a sun roof. I am very pleased with the service and they have me zero hesitation when I said i didn't want a car I picked out and they went to go get. Not many places do you see that. More

I am completely immune to such tactics and it only pisses me off. I walk when I encounter folks like that. A great salesperson is a walking embodiment of product knowledge; they're honest, no bs, straight shooters. Sure they'll haggle- it's sales, but nevertheless they are ultimately concerned with making the customer happy. Chris Febbraio is that. A great salesperson. Excellent to work with, informative, friendly, helpful and most of all quick with the pragmatic guidance that speaks volumes about his integrity. There's another review on this site from someone who came from Chicago to Connecticut to buy a car from Chris. That is what convinced me to meet with him and I want to add to the fact that the sales experience via Chris is superlative. Chris is an eagle amongst an industry of turkeys. All sales people should endeavor to achieve the standards he represents. If you are in the market for a vehicle buying from Chris at Stamford Ford Lincoln is more than worth the effort. She took all the time necessary to walk me through the application process and was very helpful getting me up to speed with the techy features on my new Ford Fusion.
