This is the fourth car we have purchased or leased from Stamford Ford. In the past 6 months we have purchased two certified pre-owned Ford Escapes. In August, we met Marco Salazar who helped us with the f Stamford Ford. In the past 6 months we have purchased two certified pre-owned Ford Escapes. In August, we met Marco Salazar who helped us with the first purchase of a 2011 Escape (to replace a 2010 Escape destroyed in an accident). Marco was knowledgable, courteous, and very responsive. He made the process easy and we were very happy with the deal from start to finish. Wanting anouther Ford Escape SUV (not the new cross over style initiated in 2013), I contacted Marco and he responded immediately by searching for the car. We wanted a newer (2012) model and with low milage and all the "extras". Marco found what he thought would fit what we were looking for and without even a contract or consent that we would purchase the car he had the dealership purchase the car just to make sure it would be available for us if we wanted it. He was right. He worked with us, along with Neil Avellino, in pricing the car in our comfort zone. We were thrilled with Marco's efforts and dedication to pleasing us - the customer. More

I went to 2 other Lincoln dealerships in Connecticut, one in Milford and one in Woodbridge, when it came to customer service and straight forward negotiating this dealership is by far the best.
