This is our 3rd lease with Stamford Ford. Lena has been most helpful from day one. We have had 2 edges and now an escape. She understands our needs and our limits. Gus too! We drove to New Haven the next day to meet Mr. Hermanns and see the car. We liked the car and wrote a check as a deposit. A few days later we drove to the dealership in Stamford and picked up the car. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Tony Siciliano, the Finance Manager, handled all the paperwork and transferred our registration and plates without a hitch. He also thoroughly explained the warranties on the vehicle and options for extended warranty. We have purchased many new and used cars from dealers over the years. Typically, transferring ownership can take up to two hours. We were done in less than an hour. This was by far our most pleasant experience buying a car from a dealer. More
