I didn’t Have a title for my trade in, so I was told I couldn’t trade it in. Come to find out the title was an electronic title and I wouldn’t have it since the was a bank lean still on! The loan was through ford and they had the title the whole time, and the salesman didn’t do any leg work!! Nothing but aggravation! I had to finance the vehicle and at the signing (not sooner) that my interest rate was 8.9. I have an 830 credit score! I went online and in 3 minutes was approved at 6.19 %. Suddenly they were able to lower the rate which tells me they are padding the interest rate and pocketing the difference! They re taking advantage of people who are just to excited about getting a new vehicle or who just don’t understand numbers because they are running right through them! Shame on Stamford ford More
