A pleasure to deal with! I came into Stamford Ford looking to replace a work van- not the most glamorous vehicle, but very important to my business. I searched out Stamford Ford after initial dealings with other Ford outlets in the area, and was put in contact with Barry Pasqualini in the sales department. I charged Barry with a specific list of options and equipment, which was to say, challenging in the least. Barry searched tirelessly (no pun intended) for my new Transit van, finding what I wanted just a few hours away. The truck was delivered to Stamford, and it is beautiful! Barry then went over all of the gadgets in the van and answered patiently and professionally all of my queries. Outside of trucks and vans, I'm not a big fan of domestic auto manufacturers nor of the dealers who represent them, due to some bad experiences in the past. He truly impressed me on the knowledge of both vehicles. Richard's pleasant and patient personality made it comfortable for me to ask questions and not to be afraid to come back the two other times. He also new I currently owed a 2008 MKX so he asked me what I liked about the vehicle and explained what was new in the 2016 MKX. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a Lincoln must ask for Richard. He is a great asset to the Stamford dearlership. I loved the MKC, but I still couldn't go small so I am now a owners of the new 2016 MKX. LOVE IT. More

We really like working with the sales team and staff and prior to finalizing the transactions, we have always been thoroughly guided through the pricing options and finance packages. We also review and discuss leasing, warranties, and lease termination buyouts. They have earned our trust! Stamford Ford Lincoln is an inviting beautiful open space showroom, reception, and service waiting area.There is plenty of parking available for customers. Ron was more than generous with his time even after hours and was patient with all of our questions. I am a firm believer that any business with good customer service is a good business to deal with because you know that you are well taken care off. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable.
