Great customer service by Scott Ferrara I had to bring my car back in to resolve an ongoing issue with the original alignment that was done and a sound I was hearing from my tires. He was very accommodating and was able to get my car looked at first thing on a Saturday, the only time I was able to come back, since I live 1 1/2 hours away and work full time. Emergency Service Issue I had a problem which occurred when I was leaving on a 4 hour trip just as the dealership was closing for the day.
