If it weren't for the fact that I lived out of state and chose to travel to the Dealer twice, I'd say the experience was quite easy and enjoyable. Barry was my first point of contact and with the exception of the exceptional finance manager, he provided all means necessary to discuss, agree upon and close the deal on a new vehicle purchase, my first. Barry brings much experience to Stamford Lincoln which serves to benefit his clients in many ways. He has solid knowledge of the whole process involving the automotive sales, finance and even service. Barry commands the respect of the Stamford Lincoln family, staff and community as evidenced by the indisputable support of each other in the final goal of serving the customer. Awesome dealership This is the second time I got my car from the same car dealer, but this time has nothing compared to the first one where I had couple problems and rec This is the second time I got my car from the same car dealer, but this time has nothing compared to the first one where I had couple problems and recalls on my first car and I did not felt that the sales person was trying to help me at all and instead he was trying to put me in another lease 😱 And This second time was a great experience since from the beginning Barry was helping me with different options so I can have a car at the termination of my first lease, awesome place and very helpful employees like Barry Pasqualini and Tony Sisciliano and also the lady at the front desk was absolutely friendly, thanks you guys!!! He set me up in a loaner, so I wouldn't have any inconvenience of getting around and commuting( living in NY). As parts needed to be ordered he would call me promptly everyday with progress updates. He assured me that my car would be correct, and he would go over it with me as I'm meticulous with my cars and if I was unsatisfied he would make things right. He certainly has thanks hope to have this kind of service for future repairs and maintenance! More
