Worst financing manager ever, high pressure sales I want to say first off, make sure no dealership ever tricks you into buying a warranty by telling you that if you don't, you'll have a higher rate or I want to say first off, make sure no dealership ever tricks you into buying a warranty by telling you that if you don't, you'll have a higher rate or having them say that you qualify for a 4% but with a warranty you'll get it at 3%. The financing manager actually was amazingly rude. She talked down to us and got mad when we didn't get the warranty and said we can't get a certain interest rate. It wasn't until I threatened to report the BBB and contact the county attorney that she fixed what she was saying. I bought my car here because I was just tired of looking for cars and they had the one I wanted. The dealership needs to clean up inside and create better office for the sales people. This is not a very professional environment. Avoid going here if you can, if you have to go, make sure you get your own financing before hand. More

The vest of the best - Melissa Hartnett I was looking to sell my 2011M3 sedan and went online to request an estimate. Within minutes Melissa contacted me to try to assist. She followed up I was looking to sell my 2011M3 sedan and went online to request an estimate. Within minutes Melissa contacted me to try to assist. She followed up with the entire process and was highly professional and a pleasure to work with on the transaction. You could tell she was very experienced in the business - but not pushy or aggressive like most sales people. I've had 100s of cars and I would say she ranked in the top 5 of all sales folks I've dealt with over the last 25 years. Hard to find someone to trust in the used car business. Unfortunately - I didn't sell my car to stadium auto. This was a tug of war between me and my wife - not anything to do with Melissa or the dealership. As frequently as I buy cars I look forward to the opportunity to work with Melissa in the future. More

Deceptive sales practices I would like to start by saying this is my first negative review. My wife and I live in Rowlett, TX and found a car in Arlington at Stadium Auto that I would like to start by saying this is my first negative review. My wife and I live in Rowlett, TX and found a car in Arlington at Stadium Auto that peeked our interest. The car was fine but we couldn't come to terms as we had a trade involved, the difference between the two was more than we were willing to pay. Over the next two weeks we had several callas from Tucker, our salesperson, trying to lure us back in as he wanted our business. On Saturday, Feb 6th he called to say he could do the deal as we had wanted. I asked that he email or text me the agreement as it was a long trip and it would be a big waste of my day if he were to renege. He assured me his word was more than enough. After driving there we find he is not able to keep his word. The manager, Mike Ivey, came out and never addressed the issue of him giving his word of which he did not deny, but only handed us our keys and said he wouldn't do the deal. We skipped a family event, in that we wanted this car for our daughter. Big mistake, don't waste your time, you too will be sorry. More

Great place to buy from I saw the exact car I had been looking for online, it happened to be at Stadium Auto in Texas, no where near me as I live in the Chicago, IL area. I s I saw the exact car I had been looking for online, it happened to be at Stadium Auto in Texas, no where near me as I live in the Chicago, IL area. I sent an email asking a question about the vehicle and got an immediate response from Ryan Moore. Ryan not only answered my question but took several other photos of the vehicle and sent them to me so I could get a better look at the car I was looking at (2014 Cadillac CTS V-sport). Ryan and I were able to negotiate a deal that same evening via email, I called placed a deposit on the vehicle and flew down from Illinois to pickup my new car. Ryan made sure the car was ready to go and even picked me up at the airport, we completed the paperwork and I was back on the road home in no time at all. I love my new car and had a great experience purchasing it from this dealer. Thanks again for everything, Mark More

Extremely angry! First I was overwhelmed by expertise of an employee named JJ , I traded in a Corvette and a Camaro for a 2014 Saleen Mustang , three weeks after p First I was overwhelmed by expertise of an employee named JJ , I traded in a Corvette and a Camaro for a 2014 Saleen Mustang , three weeks after purchasing the mustang the dealership still had not paid off my Corvette in my Camaro and my bank charged me for the two payments I called stadium auto to inform them of this and they called my bank after the payments where made so they could get a lower pay off value , so they paid off my vehicles at $700 less than what was agreed upon in the contract I signed , also prior to this I brought in a referral and he bought a 2013 Mustang that had been modified that they didn't tell him about and he's currently having issues with it , He's had his Mustang for one month and it's been in the shop for three weeks, and last but not least they promised me $150 referral that was never paid so I would advise anybody looking at his dealership to find another location to buy vehicle More
