Fraud Purchased a 2013 BMW X5 with the stipulation the dealership fix the coolant leak and rear tire air leak and a 2nd key fob which was in writing in the Purchased a 2013 BMW X5 with the stipulation the dealership fix the coolant leak and rear tire air leak and a 2nd key fob which was in writing in the purchase contract. They kept the vehicle for 3 days and stated it had been repaired, 2 days later it was found to still be leaking air and leaking coolant. Dealership will not return phone calls will not repair car. Tire taken to discount tire and found to have had multiple plugs placed in the sidewall (extremely dangerous) whole tire had to be replaced. Car taken to mechanic and found to have a hole in the coolant expansion tank and require a new water pump. Out over 2k in repairs so far and still no 2nd key. Dealership still will not return phone calls or make this right. Complaint filed with BBB and Texas Attorney generals office. Salesman's name was Manuel. More
