CAM was GREAT to work with! Love our FREE Oil Changes for LIFE! The coffee was wonderful but your Men's Room was hideous. No paper towel, dirty walls and floors, hangers left on the stall, just YUCK. I judge businesses by the way they keep up their bathrooms. If they are sticklers for cleanliness there, then they are usually also on top of other important business related facets. Your telephones also need to be TOTALLY looked at. When I googled you, I hit CALL on my phone and got a BUSY signal. That can cost you a ton of money with every LOST call! (Especially with an average vehicle ticket of $25-$40 Thousand-Dollars! Call me and I can help coordinate your telephone modus operandi. I work with IT pros who can dial you in and my company, Profits On-Hold Productions, LLC can get you covered with any voicemail tree announcements and telephone On-Hold Announcements! Cheers! PS-I was spoiled at my previous dealership because they washed my car with every oil change. That would also be a nice touch, even if it was an exterior wash.
