Excellent service, outstanding experience! I had two recalls on my GMC Terrain that needed to be addressed. St. J Auto scheduled an oil change at the same time. They did the two recalls, oil I had two recalls on my GMC Terrain that needed to be addressed. St. J Auto scheduled an oil change at the same time. They did the two recalls, oil change, tire rotation and fixed the clock in my vehicle that was not working properly. It was awesome! Great experience with excellent customer service:) More

Not what we wanted but what we got. Mike was great to work with. He was very accommodating with our schedule. He was also knowledgeable about the products. Aside from the great service that we got from Mike our overall experience with the dealership it’s self was lackluster no in some areas. We wish you had more options available for the SLT crew cab trucks because it’s what we really wanted. I like the truck we ended up with but it’s not really what we wanted. I don’t like that we were not shown anything related to the Costco pricing. When I originally spoke to someone on the phone I was told that we had to come in to the dealership to see the specific pricing for Costco members. I was also told that there was only one SLT truck in a crew cab available but that if we liked the style that you could get us one from another dealership. In the end we were told that the truck we ended up purchasing would work in our price range but ended being $300 more a month then expected. Some of that was because of the interest rate but not all of it. At that point our credit had been run through several banks and I wasnt willing to start all over in the process. I was told by your sister dealership (St J auto Dodge) that they had a print out with the Costco pricing. That would be helpful in the future. More
