My recent service experience was fantastic I travel alot for work and was very pleased that they were able to work with my schedule as well as complete multiple services as well as a few open r I travel alot for work and was very pleased that they were able to work with my schedule as well as complete multiple services as well as a few open recalls. They were great and communicated with me as the day progressed to keep me informed. They even stayed open a little late as i was delayed getting there by 5 to retrieve my truck. Service Advisors: Great! Service Techs: Swing and a miss I brought my 17' Acadia in for an oil change and recall work. While I had it in there, I asked them to take a look at a situation of water somehow get I brought my 17' Acadia in for an oil change and recall work. While I had it in there, I asked them to take a look at a situation of water somehow getting on the inside of the rear window glass anytime it rained really hard. The oil and filter were changed, but the oil life meter was not reset. I also did not get any feedback on the condition of the engine or cabin air filters. The recall work was completed appropriately. They worked on trying to diagnose the water getting into the vehicle at the rear glass, but they could not duplicate the issue. However, as I was driving home from the dealership I noticed water on the inside of the window. I don't know how long they waited to see where the water was coming in from, but it obviously was not long enough. I understand that the techs are under pressure to get things done as quickly as possible, but sometimes just a little more time would make the difference between a diagnosis and an inability to duplicate symptoms. It really is the details that make the difference in the quality of service. More
