Not what I was expecting I've recommended this dealer to a few people because they have their vehicles priced pretty fair but haven't purchased a vehicle from them until now. I've recommended this dealer to a few people because they have their vehicles priced pretty fair but haven't purchased a vehicle from them until now. Because of the distance, I spoke to their online sales department and discussed the potential trade in value of my car assuming the condition was good. I had winter tires with factory OEM rims as well that the sales rep said they would want considering the time of year it is. The problem I had was after being passed to a different sales person upon arrival, my trade value was now $5,000 less regardless of the fact that it was considered to be in great to excellent condition. The online salesman said "we could probably do the amount I requested or more depending on the condition." After being there for 6 hours, I finally was worn down and accepted a trade for $2,000 less then what I thought was already agreed upon including my tires. Just to add insult to injury, they sold my car in 24 hours listing it for $6,000 over my trade. I feel like I wasted my time going. Don't get me wrong, I am happy with the car I got and price of the vehicle was okay but I didn't need to drive 2 hours for a "deal" that didnt exists. I just don't like to be lied to! More
