Unfortunately, after that, her ability to communicate with us over the internet was very frustrating. Her response time to questions sometimes took several days and still would not give us the answers we requested. It took over 2 weeks to finally get a vehicle to the dealership and complete the transaction. The sales manager stepped in and helped us close the deal in 6 hours. If we return to this dealership, we would choose another person on the sales team. More

This team of salesmen and office personnel is the best! I stopped in at St J Auto to see if I could take advantage of a Black Friday deal that I knew of through an email that I received. I thought it was a “to good to be true “ type of email and I did find that I had missed some small print. All of us know that our busy lives make the little stuff easy to miss. Even though I admitted to reading the sale carelessly the staff at St J Auto wanted to make it happen AND MAKE ME HAPPY. Which they did! I am very pleased w my purchase of a new 2018 GMC Sierra . Responsive and Understanding I had just purchased my 2017 Acadia from another dealership owned by the same enterprise and needed help with Apple Car Play. Even though I didn't hav I had just purchased my 2017 Acadia from another dealership owned by the same enterprise and needed help with Apple Car Play. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Denice was willing to fit me into the schedule. They worked diligently to try to resolve the issue and determined that parts needed to be ordered. During the entire process Denice kept me updated on the process. I was very happy with the service I received even though the problem is yet to be fixed due to the need to order parts.
