Honest customer relations and a great vehicle I have been searching for a new car for a while and found the GMC Terrain. It is a very comfortable SUV that met all of my needs. I worked with Justin I have been searching for a new car for a while and found the GMC Terrain. It is a very comfortable SUV that met all of my needs. I worked with Justin and Scott on the purchase over a two day period and they were very upfront and helpful in the experience. As a sales department the goal is to sell, sell, sell but they did so in a way that I feel was fair and honest. They showed me how they worked the numbers and worked around my budget the best they could. I purchased a 2019 GMC Terrain last week and love it. Big thanks to the St. J Auto team for all the help! They will be the first place I go when I am in the market again. More

Tires Lease my vehicle. Have had it for 21 months. Tires were falling apart after just 20,000 miles. Service person said that they have had a lot of pro Lease my vehicle. Have had it for 21 months. Tires were falling apart after just 20,000 miles. Service person said that they have had a lot of problems with tires. So went to the garage and they said that all four needed replacement and they didn't have any on stock and would order some. So next week went over again and got new tires which cost me $371.00 plus $98.00 for an alignment. I feel that they should have covered the alignment since the original tires were crap. Disappointed! More

In and out on time. Great service overall. The only thing I wasnt happy with. We had new rotors and pads on our terrain in January. Now they say the rear rotors have score marks. Warranty covers rotors but $180 to change them is high. I can buy them at my local parts store and change both in under 1 hour for less. Same and all. More
