Excellent lease to lease change We called as the time approached for my Terrain lease to end. I was undecided which vehicle I wanted to get next; I am retired and a grandmother, but We called as the time approached for my Terrain lease to end. I was undecided which vehicle I wanted to get next; I am retired and a grandmother, but I don't drive that much. I had specific lease monthly price specifications, color requirements, and inclusions that I needed the vehicle to have. Matt had me try out a Buick Encore, a much smaller car, but with most of the essentials, such as all-wheel drive that I enjoyed in my Terrain. It suits my needs very well and uses fewer resources, thereby leaving a smaller footprint in our environment. We were able to manage all the paperwork transactions and I was able to drive away in my new car that afternoon within a couple hours of arriving! I had a couple of questions the next day about the new computer system and its link to my phone, so I stopped at the dealership on a whim (with no prior call or appointment) and within minutes Matt and another salesman were out there answering all my questions! Good service AFTER one drives away from the initial purchase is the key to a great dealership! More
