I needed help 1000 miles from home I was passing through northern Vermont on my way back to Tennessee when I live when I put bad fuel into my 2016 1 ton diesel truck. It was 9 o'clock I was passing through northern Vermont on my way back to Tennessee when I live when I put bad fuel into my 2016 1 ton diesel truck. It was 9 o'clock at night, so I had the truck towed to St. J GMC and dropped off. The next morning, 15 minutes before the service department was even scheduled to be open, Jesse Switser called me a let me know that they were already working on it. Jesse stayed in touch throughout the day and had my tuck ready to go that afternoon. He was even kind enough to send a car to pick me up at the hotel I was staying, instead of walking to the dealership. I drove the truck back home to Tennessee without any issue. More

PLEASANT I have been purchasing vehicles for some years and have not had any difficulties to date with sales or service! This time service was to change oil, rotate tires and to correct a recall, all went well. Every employee that I encountered smiled at me or wanted to help me some way. pretty good Gave me a quoted online for my trade, was fine, was down there 3 different times looking and test driving trucks, I wanted more for my trade, refused, Gave me a quoted online for my trade, was fine, was down there 3 different times looking and test driving trucks, I wanted more for my trade, refused, not once did anyone look at my truck, could of had scratches, minor dents, knocking in engine, etc. I am a very fussy person, everything I got is taken care of with pride. Went to pick up my truck, accessories were not in, understandable, signed papers, left, kinda not to pleased, guess accessories came in except my chrome steps, which I wanted black but were back ordered so settled for chrome, which I rarely do. Luke called me later and asked if I would like black because it was available, said yes and thanked him. Not till later I found out they did not come on fed ex truck and sent a driver to berlin city to pick them up. Thought, WOW, they really went out of there way to please me. I did have to drive back ( 1 1/2 hours away ) but it was worth it. Thank you, Luke and Ryan in parts department, greatly appreciated. At least I got that impression that is how it went down. More
