St. J worked very hard along with GM to resolve the issues with no clear outcome. With this in mind St. J worked with GM to get me a replacement vehicle under lemon law rules. The staff at St. J GMC made returning the truck and picking up the new one very easy as I was in and out in a little over an hour. After getting screwed over by another dealership less than a year ago, I decided to take the jalopy I was driving to St J Auto after hearing great things from family members. Right away I was greeted b than a year ago, I decided to take the jalopy I was driving to St J Auto after hearing great things from family members. Right away I was greeted by Nina, a salesperson who worked with me for several days prior to secure financing (I have terrible credit!) and we went over my options. The car I was driving was a 2010 Sebring that I had dropped almost $600 on this January because it kept breaking down. Despite its issues, they gave me more than a fair trade, and even with my credit issues, Nina managed to find me a 2015 Optima in pristine condition and about 30k miles on it! I purchased the Sebring with roughly 80k on it. She helped keep the loan within my budget, and Allen was a dream to work with! He made the financing and signing process so easy! Thank you Allen!
