I am still waiting to hear from the dealership regarding setting up an appt. to have some undercoating done that has been pre paid. The truck only had one keyfob, I inquired about the second and it was explained to me the truck only had one. I was told that someone would be in contact with about the second fob as well, but I have yet to have communication on that from the dealership as well. More

Would not give me a loaner of any comparison to my vehicle. I have purchased two commercial vehicles from this group of automotive dealers in the past year. Upon a breakdown, my business was left at a disadvant I have purchased two commercial vehicles from this group of automotive dealers in the past year. Upon a breakdown, my business was left at a disadvantage by being down a vehicle, this dealer did not have any available loaner vehicles that met any of the specs of the vehicle that they sold our business. I appreciated how they were able to sell me a vehicle without any issue, however when it came to a vehicle break down they did not respect the fact that having this vehicle is what pays the payments for that vehicle. Therefore we depend on it, and they would not give us a loaner of an equivalent vehicle to use. I will never purchase a vehicle there again. More
