Not happy with service and owner. As no one ever calls you b No one ever calls you back and not service never calls back the Jeep o bought I think is a lemon. We are overall happy with our purchase It was a little strange how we were not told how much we would receive for our trade in right off. We were told there was a mistake made on the price It was a little strange how we were not told how much we would receive for our trade in right off. We were told there was a mistake made on the price of the vehicle we were purchasing (a difference of $5,000) and it felt like we were low balled in the price of our trade to make up for their mistake. Now they are selling our trade in for over $20,000. Never thought they would have tried to rip off Veterans this bad. Also, they seem to be under staffed. One more thing I would say is that the used vehicle we purchased had not had an oil change, the inspection is up in 2 months and it needed new brakes and rotors. I took it to get the oil changed and had no problem with the service team except that they told me the brakes were new when I got it but they replaced them anyway. The grinding in the brakes happened the day we drove the truck home so I don’t see how the brakes were new. This is really our fault for not taking the time to look through the truck more efficiently before we took it home. More
