Almost two hours for a light assembly to be changed This is for service not sales. My appointment was at 9 am. 9:30 I looked outside and my truck was parked where I left it. 9:45 rolls around and it’s f This is for service not sales. I had another appointment elsewhere at 11 so I said I need to get going. The lady behind the counter (bless her soul) told me 10 more minutes due to having to run up to the GMC service and grab the piece. So, I waited. I had the lightbulb replaced prior by them and when I called St.J GMC to have them diagnose the leak they stated I should go to St.J Ram in case it was due to their fault. Thankfully I was charged for the assembly piece not the labor. However, they told me that they are known to leak(which is a massive lie for a newer truck, I have worked on vehicles for a long time.) I told the lady when I was paying that this is the exact reason why I did not want to come here and I will not be back. More

I purchased my 2012 Jeep grand Cherokee from a private sale and have it serviced regularly at my local garage. When my local garage referred me to go directly to a Jeep dealership for a repair needed I contacted St J Jeep. The scheduling was convenient and the person who assisted me was professional and super nice. The guys at the service desk were also extremely helpful and polite. I was provided a courtesy vehicle and was pleasantly surprised when I was provided with a brand new Jeep Cherokee, just barely over 1k miles on it! Thank you for providing excellent service to someone who didn't even purchase their Jeep through your dealership. You certainly have won my loyalty. More
