Frustrated I called to make an appointment to have a recall done on my Ram. While it was there I figured you may as well change the oil as well. The woman I spok I called to make an appointment to have a recall done on my Ram. While it was there I figured you may as well change the oil as well. The woman I spoke with recommended doing a tire rotation at the same time. She quoted me a price of $20 to do that, I thought that sounded like a pretty good deal so I said to go ahead and do that as well. On my way in that morning I stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts to pick up some other items for another vehicle of mine. While there I had them hook up there diagnostic machine to the ram as it had a check engine light on. They informed me that was a faulty oil pressure sensor. When I dropped my truck off I explained that I had just left O'Reilly's and that is what the check engine light code was. I also expressed that I would like a synthetic oil change. I picked up my truck after hours so I didn't have a chance to review the bill with anybody at that time. After reviewing the bill, it appeared I received a conventional oil change, was charged $29 for the tire rotation, and was charged $50 for a diagnostic review. I called the next morning to discuss this with the service department, I was told that I did get a synthetic oil change, which to me sounded like a phenomenal deal if that is what it was at 29.99 for 7 quarts of synthetic oil and a filter, which I find hard to believe. I was told the extra on the tire rotation was due to having larger tires, and I was told I actually got a good deal on the diagnostic readout as apparently you normally charge $100 to have it hooked up for an hour. Had I known I was going to be charged for the diagnostic readout I would have flat out told you not to do that as I can virtually bring the truck anywhere and have that done at no charge. Anyway, I'm just very frustrated with the whole experience. I didn't actually have any correspondence with Nate Loschiavo, I was just unable to submit my survey without picking somebody. More

The service that I received was unprofessional, rude, and I couldn't even believe they were representing your business. I left in tears and completely felt talked down to, defeated and even stated how condescending Rich was being with me and stated that Charles who was the one who has been handling my cars service in the past had NEVER treated me this way and for this being who my car service is being handed down to after having dealt with Charles, does not make me want to ever recommend or return to the service department! I am awaiting hearing from Nate Loschiavo; General Manager, at this time. More
