Repair of my Dodge Ram AC I called and spoke to Service Advisor Rich Deming late Thursday afternoon, explaining we were from out of town visiting relatives in the St J area and I called and spoke to Service Advisor Rich Deming late Thursday afternoon, explaining we were from out of town visiting relatives in the St J area and my AC had stopped working. Also told him we were traveling with two dogs and it was very hot. He told me to be at the dealership at 7:30 am the next day and they would look at it. I was there and in less than 10 minutes my truck was in the garage. They resolved the issue and got my AC up and working in short order. Very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.
