The tires that were ordered for my truck were not safe or even usable. The truck vibrated as if the tires were out of balance. I took the tires to afire dealership and had the tires checked. They found that all four tires were out of round and could not be balanced. I called your service manager and informed her (Penny) about the problem, she said would call me back, she did not and there after refused to answer calls, which were several. I have since purchased other tires of the same size which were an expense that I had not anticipated. I can say that you have lost out on one big sale because of your lack of interest in my issue. I will continue to inform anyone that is looking to purchase a new truck, where not to go. More
