Literally the worst service team I’ve ever even heard of fix anything on my truck had less than 50,000 miles on it. And Penny wouldn’t even call me back. It was very difficult to get a hold of anybody there fix anything on my truck had less than 50,000 miles on it. And Penny wouldn’t even call me back. It was very difficult to get a hold of anybody there. Also said they did a house full service on my truck and that never happened. Tires were definitely not rotated. They said they were. I’m not one to write reviews, but this was such a bad experience for me that I feel like I have to. And I also bought an extended warranty even though I knew I shouldn’t and that ended up biting me in the butt super bad, so do not buy extended warranty. Waste of money doesn’t do anything the service department will not honor it. More

We had a 7 am appointment, after trying to call and no answer after two hours the phone was finally answered in the service center. We were told they were just about to get started on our vehicle. They are the only ram dealership in our county, and the price of the service was twice what they quoted me. We only use them because they are local. Avoid if possible. More
