St Cloud Toyota - Service Center

My last visit to Toyota left me frustrated and disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for tire rotation which was done, but I was not told my tires were way out of alignment. I found this out late disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for tire rotation which was done, but I was not told my tires were way out of alignment. I found this out later after I got home. The service advisor never said anything. My daughter drives this car and she lives in xx Paul, so it's difficult to bring the car to xx Cloud. It would be nice if I was told how bad the alignment was (they were brand new tires put on at this same dealership this past Fall.) I could have had them aligned while the vehicle was there. More

service advisor was very kind and courteous. how ever the parts department was very rude, I had a part replacement on my Tundra that I had to wait for 4 months for the part to arrive and repla how ever the parts department was very rude, I had a part replacement on my Tundra that I had to wait for 4 months for the part to arrive and replaced, the parts department many times were rude when I asked for an eta on the part. when my service advisor had the wrong part, he went the extra mile and some how got the correct part and replaced the same day.
