Whenever I schedule a service appointment I provide details about what needs to be done and state that I will need a shuttle. Each time I come in for my appointment, they seem to not be expecting me at details about what needs to be done and state that I will need a shuttle. Each time I come in for my appointment, they seem to not be expecting me at all and have no idea what I have come in for. The shuttle is usually ready rather quickly and every driver I have had is very nice. I showed up for my most recent appointment and was told after 10-15 minutes of sitting there waiting for the staff to track down the notes I provided when I scheduled, that I would have to come back next week because the technician was out sick. What’s the point of scheduling the appointment if no is ever aware of it and if I can’t get a call that day to reschedule before I spend the time and gas to drive to the dealership for no reason? More
