So impressed -- I had a concern that came up right before a long road from Minnesota to Oklahoma. They could easily charged hundreds of dollars and I would have been none the wiser, but they charged me nothing. I think that speaks volumes about the customer service they provide. Extremely longer wait time than originally told, and I was not updated on time remaining. I had to go ask how much longer after 3 hrs.
