Not sure why an oil change takes 2 hours. Had an appointment and everything. The service plan wasn’t showing up so they had to try to get that fixed. Never had an oil change take more than More

At no time did anyone ever reach out to let me know what was going on with my car, and when I dropped it off initially, no car was ready and I had to wait for them to find one, then fuel it up. More
