Over 2 hours for oil change and tires rotated. Never waited more than an hour. Person reviewing service not very friendly and did poor job of explaining service done. Was told by phone that warranty work would take 6 hours and they would need vehicle all day. Then within a hour was called vehicle was done. Service tech said the warranty work was one hour.
