I have been bringing my Toyota Camry to them for a few years and have been really happy with the personal service and knowledge provided by the staff. I usually work with Lori Heinz and she is awesome - straight forward, explains issues and has great customer service. They are fast, thorough and I don't end up with the call that says "Your car is done BUT you should also replace 6 more things. Do you want to do that today?" When I pick it up they tell me about any findings so can decide how to proceed from there. They are not pushy. The shop is clean and there's a nice lounge for those who wait. More

You would think the car would have been washed, without my asking. Failed me again. Have 150000 Miles. About to buy a new car. It probably won’t be a Toyota. At least not at this dealership.
