First ever service on my first ever Toyota This is my first Toyota automobile. It's a company car so it was purchased as a fleet vehicle from an out of state dealership. The folks at St Cloud Toyota totally overlooked that, it was a non-factor to them. I thought it'd be awkward bringing a new car in for it's first service at a non-selling dealer, it wasn't. Dan Pope was my service advisor, I got there an hour early but they got my car in right away. About 45 minutes later I left with all the work done, and they washed the car, I didn't even ask them to. Dan was kind and polite and answered my questions in a way I could understand. I'm glad they're good guys at the dealership cause like it or not I have to continue to go there. A good first impression. More
