I brought my car in to get the maintenance light turned off and Bill ended up taking care of all my car services on the spot. Car service workers worked on my vehicle immediately and an oil change, tire rotation, and full inspection was complete in an hour. I did not expect all of this to be taken care of. Not the Usual Top Notch Experience Came in for my normal 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Also asked to have the rear window wiper assembly look at. Have nothing but good thin Came in for my normal 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Also asked to have the rear window wiper assembly look at. Have nothing but good things to say about St. Cloud Toyota Service; except for this time. It took 1 hr 45 minutes and Bill Y forgot to apply the $9.95 discount on the oil change. Ben was nice enough to come out 1 hr and 15 minutes into it to explain the frustration the service tech was having getting the wiper assembly to work better. Bill Y. was apologetic when he realized he forgot to apply the discount and said for me to see him next time and he'll apply it retroactively. So, I thought it took too long and am hoping to see the $10 discount next time. In summary, my history with St. Cloud Toyota is very, very good. This was a one off. Kevin K. More
