St cloud Toyota service department tells me they can only replace the whole arm, no bushing available and its $800 for the part, labor, and alignment. Long story short dodge dealer calls st cloud toyota's BS and schedules me at another Toyota dealership to replace the bushing. More

Great vehicle service poor customer service My vehicle was taken care of as always but I scheduled a shuttle for after work to be picked up at 445pm and they were a half hour late. This tim To start I would like to say I normally have awesome service at St Cloud Toyota and that is why I am on my second car from their dealership. This time I was in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take about 60-75 minutes and it actually took 2 hours. Then the service rep told me he was glad it only took 60 minutes like he promised ??? In all, my bill came to $131 which seems high. I will probably still go back but I'm overall disappointed with this service. More
