Tailgate on Rav 4 not opening all the way I brought my car in for service because the tailgate will not open all the way. This doesn’t happen every time, but it does happen often. An estimate I brought my car in for service because the tailgate will not open all the way. This doesn’t happen every time, but it does happen often. An estimate would be at least 1 out of 3 times it is opened. When I picked up the car I was told the service tech couldn’t make it happen and it was working. They said it was recalibrated and showed no service codes. The next morning I tried to open the tailgate and it stopped after opening about 5 inches. I’m disappointed because now I need to take another day to bring my car in for service. More

I had asked for transportation to an appointment in St Cloud and my ride was ready to deliver me to my destination. Service was performed and I departed the dealership with a fine tuned Tacoma!! More
