Not what was promised. I didn't get the free checks or inspections, I was charged to look at my brakes. I don't think I got Synthetic oil as asked either, it showed 5W30 for I didn't get the free checks or inspections, I was charged to look at my brakes. I don't think I got Synthetic oil as asked either, it showed 5W30 for the oil change. I didn't get both my coupon and Toyota's birthday $25 discount. I was told I could use only one. The coupon and birthday $25 off didn't say I couldn't use both. I didn't get my free car wash, because I had 3 inch wider than normal tires, 6 inches total, and was looked at strangely when I asked "why can't you hand wash it?". They said bring in another car and they would do that one. Great, Wonderful, I wanted my truck washed, not another vehicle. Then I asked for a coupon to use it for the free car wash that he just gave me and he said he would remember me. THATS FUNNY!! Because I walked in to him hours earlier to check in and then when I came back to pick up my truck, he asked me, "who helped you?", I said "YOU DID!". So, I don't think he will remember me like he said he would and I will not get my free car wash. Just seems like something else should have happened this day to keep me happy and satisfied as a repeat customer. Right? More

Alignment genius Stopped by to have my alignment checked on my 2017 highlander with 16000 miles. It Had bothered me since new, when I purchased the vehicle from them, Stopped by to have my alignment checked on my 2017 highlander with 16000 miles. It Had bothered me since new, when I purchased the vehicle from them, but they had to trust me it was not because of bad driving, etc, long story short, they did cover it under warranty and solved the issue! I’m considering a 4Runner also, and My sales guy let me drive one for a couple hours while my highlander was being serviced. More
