St Cloud Toyota - Service Center

Out in record time When I came in for my 10,000 mile service, I was informed that there was a recall order on my 2017 Prius. I had not been informed by letter yet. The Service Adviser said it would take an extra hour if I wanted to have the recall corrected while I was there. Since I live some distance SE of St. Cloud I said well I don't come this way often and didn't really want to come back, so do it. He said he would try to get the work done under the now expected two hour wait. Surprise, my car was ready to go in an hour. They did the 10,000 mile service and the Master Mechanic took care of the recall at the same time. Thank you St. Cloud Toyota for saving me the unexpected hour wait. Extra effort was appreciated. They rotated my tires, changed my oil, replaced a high beam bulb that was out, and went through the usual check point list with me. I wish i knew the name of my serviceman but he wasn't wearing a name tag so I couldn't call him by name but he was very nice and helpful expecially getting that lock in!!
