Good, but not great Almost 2 hours to do oil change. First time I went they never rotated tires, yes I had grease pencil and marked tires. They said they filled windshield washer fluid, I know they did not because I filled it to the top. Also they put air in tires, also I know it is not true because I had max air allowed in tires. Makes me wonder if they are just penciling in the inspection sheet to say they did it.... More

When leaving the parking lot at the Social Security Office on 9/24/18; we discovered that one of the headlights was burned out on our 2013 Hyundai San When leaving the parking lot at the Social Security Office on 9/24/18; we discovered that one of the headlights was burned out on our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. Called the service center and talked to Ben Becker to explain what had happened; and that we were concerned about receiving a repair ticket. We brought the vehicle in and approximately one hour later we were on our way with a new headlight. Kind and personable service. It doesn't get any better. Thank you Ben & Toyota. More

Great Information and Service I scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation, and was pleased with the inspection they did at the same time. They really checked my car over we I scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation, and was pleased with the inspection they did at the same time. They really checked my car over well. Also, They were able to provide great info on the best remote starter to install on my Prius, so I made an appointment to do that, as well! Even though I drive 1.5 hours, and remote start is a 4 hour job, the technician told me that I can use the shuttle service to go and get a meal or shop somewhere, and they will call and pick me up when my car is ready. Everyone is so friendly and informative, I will continue to make the drive for my maintenance, and when it is time, my next car will be from St. Cloud Toyota as well! More
