Simply the best! I say this because we have never had anything less than the best service. We have a 2012 RAV4 and a 2007 PRIUS which we purchased at St. Cloud Toyota. Both are serviced there and always done with excellence. Our most recent visit was outstanding. Everything done well and extra work done w/o charge. Twelve years of great work. I’ve had other cars at other service centers but none as good as St. Cloud Toyota. Simply the best! More

Routine oil change and cleaning of area around cabin air filter. The cleaning got rid of noise fan was making. Excellent service! I have always received exceptional service at Toyota of St.Cloud, but the last time far exceeded my expectations. We had our car serviced for an oil c I have always received exceptional service at Toyota of St.Cloud, but the last time far exceeded my expectations. We had our car serviced for an oil change/tire rotation, and also had them check a rattly window. The car is a 2016 Sienna with approx. 50,000 miles. They fixed my window and were going to charge me $180, which included the $50 oil/tire service. I talked to Tyler Hommerding, in addition to another gal whose name I unfortunately can't remember, and I requested that I not be billed for the window repair, since we had the windows looked at the last time I had been in for an oil change and was not charged for the window repair. The charge was removed, which I feel was a nod to their excellent customer service. Thank you Toyota! More
