I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of the staff...even the receptionist went out of her way to show me what the 2019 Rav4 (I've had 4 so far) was going to look like. I give the same kudos to Kristen for helping me get the appointment set up. We were preparing for a trip to Texas, and she was very helpful in arranging the appointment. Toyota's atmosphere has always been a big plus for me..and its what brings me back, when thinking of another vehicle. Keep up the good work. More
