There was confusion about what was needed to be done on car. And my car got done 1 1/2 hours late. I left messages for my service rep for an update and he never called back. I had an oil change completed on my vehicle and approximately 15 or 20 minutes after I left the dealership I receive a call asking me to return due to a concern they had about the service provided. approximately 15 or 20 minutes after I left the dealership I receive a call asking me to return due to a concern they had about the service provided. Dealership was clean and staff were pleasant. I had a loose piece that fell off my car which was not addressed. The tires were rotated but pressures were not adjusted.
