It's easy to walk through the process as everyone is helpful. I like that they keep me informed while they work on my car either by text or the info board on the wall. The service staff was polite and courteous but having a one week old vehicle break down is very disappointing. They thought it would take 2-1/2 hours to fix but it took almost 8. And it is not fixed, I can't get it in for further repairs until 11 Dec. They would not drive me home or give me a loaner vehicle so I missed very important meetings, losing several hundred dollars in trucking fees. I don't think the service center is at fault for not being able to make repairs, but if it can't be fixed then I should get a loaner or a complete replacement vehicle. More
